*Terms*
The terms of this agreement will begin on the Effective Date of this Agreement and will remain in full effect until the completion of the Services.
*Inconvenience Fee*
If you book an appointment and you change your mind without notifying us and the mechanics show up at your house there will be an inconvenience charge attached to your bill.

*Repair Process*
After a Diagnostic Evaluation of the vehicle, a detailed report will be created listing all the necessary repairs, and any noticeable damage (s) or outstanding maintenance required.
During the Repair Process, additional problems may be uncovered. If the Monty's Auto Mechanics technician (s) discovers the need for additional repairs outside of those listed in the initial Contract, work on the vehicle will cease, and you will be notified of the recommended repairs.
No further or additional repairs will be performed outside of those listed and agreed upon without signed authorization.

*Fees*
Monty’s Auto Mechanic will charge a Flate Fee of $90 for Diagnostic and Mobile Services. (We check vehicles out before purchasing from the seller)
Any additional services will be agreed upon between both parties.

You agree to pay 50% of the mutually accepted Fees before the start of the Authorized Services/Repairs and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of all listed auto repairs.

If this Agreement is terminated early by the Client before the completion of the Services, but services have been partially performed we are entitled to pro-rate payment compensation.
You will be notified via an invoice upon completion of the services detailing all outstanding fees, and balances due. Payment must be made in full after services.
